The file would be too large for MEGA. Not sure how it is upload-wise, but for larger downloads without an account I generally prefer Gofile most of the time. The DLs are pretty quick and the limits are so large that you normally only hit them if you load multiple games at the same day.

It has started downloading for me but the max speed is 1mbps and average around 250kbps even with IDM
