You mean with girls outside of the LIs? Hard to say...since they are very elaborate and expansive to make (in teams of development time) and the number of scenes per patch seems to be limited to 4 at most and considering their are 7 LIs (8 if you count Calypso)...I doubt we will see any scene with any added character. Maybe if the scene is VERY important for the story...like a scene with Idriel...MAYBE at some point...but scenes with some random girl like Aspen...most likely not, I would say.
Obviously more Calypso. And I guess Idriel and the Praetorians will get something? Otherwise I could only see an "Others" girl be part of a scene with a LI from this point onwards.

None that I know of.
Iirc he's mainly a 1-man dev, but he has 1 person assisting him with polishing the sex scene animations (joined around 0.6) and 1 assisting him with editing. For the assets like maps and outfits he either gets them from the free mods floating around the HS2 discord or he commissions certain modders when he needs something a bit more specific.
