Cut the BS, it wasn’t just a question because the answer is obvious, it was a rhetorical question, which isn’t actually a question but a statement. You came in here and made a statement, someone called you out on it. Clearly you’re very mature, since this game is too juvenile for you, so just take your L and go home.
Part of the reason the tier is so high is because what happens with many games is when they drop an update, tons of people will sub once to the highest tier to get it immediately, then leak it and unsub. It's meant to be protection from that, though I don't think any amount of money would stop it from happening. There will always be someone who does it.
The irony is, a lower price for day-one access might bring in more long-term subscribers. E.g. I subbed to be able to play the previous Ripples update on day one. Although I reduced the tier of my subscription, I still kept it. But the 100 euros price point feels prohibitively expensive.
I dont think Cari will upload the update until the afternoon, so it will probably be the 26th already, hopefully Im wrong though

I hope not, it would be a waste of a scene when we already have seven LIs that need attention. Plus it would be out of character for Orion, after his near death he decided he loves the girls, hitting a side chick would diminish that.
I don't, don't think we need more side girls scenes like that. We also got the superior elf already, give me a complete solo Calypso scene
I wouldn't mind a couple more scenes with side girls. Sure including them would be porn game logic lol, but this game already has so much lewd content. We've already reached the payoff of most main LIs. It seems next is group scenes, which is definitely hot, but it'd be a shame to keep introducing attractive new characters with no action to look forward to.
Why upgrade? Anyway, with it's popularity I don't think that will be a problem. As Christmas present it's somewhat considered .... a nice gift? Some will be on holidays sure, but that's why popularity - it doesnt really matter when (out of view if the update will be played/reach all fans at some point).
This is my problem. I hadn't looked at Demon pricing in a few years, but I like to support games I love so normally when they release I'll drop $15 to $30 to play them on Day 1 whether I can pirate them or not because I respect the work that goes in them and how much joy they bring me.

Sorry for the slight delay on this post, I was prioritizing the update itself, which, as you’ll probably be delighted to hear, won’t be delayed!
0.9 is finally upon us!
I know it probably feels like I have been repeating the same thing a thousand times throughout the year… but let us sum it up one last time
This is a big update, even bigger than 0.8. It includes four new fully animated lewd scenes featuring different girls from our harem, thousands of new dialogue lines, new songs, new adventures, new gameplay mechanics, and much more!
I will share the exact numbers in two days when the changelog goes live, but as you can see, it's a big update, at least compared to my usual standards. Next updates will be slightly smaller (and with a shorter dev time too).

- Over 20,000 lines of code
You know I love packing each update with a wide variety of scenarios, and 0.9 is no exception. (Mild spoilers ahead.) If you remember the ending of 0.8, we were transported to Hyril’ar with Calypso after our battle against Thanatos, so a significant portion of this update takes place there. Fortunately, the elves will surely be thrilled to see their princess returned safely in the arms of a human. So there is absolutely nothing to worry about.
…Right?
We will also spend plenty of time back in Kredon, including lots of slice-of-life moments, funny scenes, cozy interactions, and more romantic bonding moments with your favorite girls. It will even be around Christmas in the game (isn’t it fitting? ), but make sure you don't forget about your ultimate goal either… because our enemies certainly never do...
Will you be able to handle everything without losing any of the girls’ affection along the way?

This year has not been an easy one.
Aside from some personal matters I would rather not go into, there was the music licensing issue at the beginning of the year, which forced me to replace a large portion of the game’s soundtrack. That was especially hard for me, as music means a great deal in my work, and I truly would not have managed without the help of the community.
On top of that, itch.io temporarily removed adult games from its catalog during a wave of censorship (caused by payment processors) aimed at anything labeled as adult content. That uncertainty added yet another layer of stress to an already difficult period.
I struggle with anxiety at times, and this year has been particularly challenging. Those of you who deal with it (or depression) will understand that it is not always rational, yet it can make it really difficult to be functional.
Even within such a small and niche space like AVNs, the more visibility you gain, the greater the expectations become. More opinions, more criticism, more fear of not living up to what people hope for. I fully understand that everyone wants the game they love to go in a certain direction, but it is impossible to satisfy every expectation.
I always try my best to improve, to stay productive, to create the best thing I can, but in the end I'm still the same guy, and I know my limits.
I hope you guys always continue playing the game with the same spirit I had when I first started: to laugh, to get to love the characters, and above all, to simply enjoy the adventure despite its flaws.
As for me, I can only feel grateful for the community I have. Every comment, every message, and every show of support means more than I can ever express. When I say at the end of my posts that you are the best, those are not just words. I truly mean it.

WHEN UPDATE???
Well, I am happy to announce that everything went according to plan during this final stretch, so… YES! IT'S THIS WEEK!
As usual, I will be posting the final changelog and the final release dates for each tier in a single post soon (probably this Wednesday). There is still some work left to do, but the plan is to release the update for Demon Lord tier this FRIDAY 26th, right after Christmas! After that, there will be a few weeks of early access following the schedule for the different tiers, like always.
So now more than ever, STAY TUNED FOR THE DEFINITIVE CHANGELOG IN TWO DAYS!
