Long ago, in a realm far far away, when the word "limit" didn't exist in our vocabulary, a few users gave each other 10s of thousands of likes in a very short period of time messing up F95s 'procceses/thingys' behind the scene, so 'dem high power beings that are in charge implemented a "reaction limit". They don't plan on removing it, so better get used to it.
Why is that a thing?
