Luna and Annie are indeed getting closer, an example of that is that we've seen Luna asking Orion for a suggestion on a server to take Annie. And after that they seem to be practicing a lot together in eternum.

Besides Luna+Annie, other possible threesomes where there are hints of consensus between the girls are: Alex+Dalia and Penny+Nova.

Only options that are absolutely out of the question (unfortunately) are anything involving Nancy, Penny and Dalia together, be as a foursome or any form of threesome.

Now they have strict surveillance of games. a lot of games, even despite how the developers make incest or some kind of ulterior motive through patches, patreon still manages to warn or attack. Could Orion have been inspired by El Coyote's hologram stunt and seen the value in being in two places at once? If Orion somehow used the artifact at any point before being shot...he could technically still be alive...in Eternum.

Cari mentioned on Discord that he's not planning on using the artifact for anything main story related, so don't count on it.

That's clear that it's not a game, but it's a different universe with different laws of physics. In Eternun there is magic and dozens of other things that have no manifestation in the real world. For me, I really wish Eternun's physical laws didn't spill over into the real world and that the MC didn't have superhuman powers in the real world.

The idea of different universes would be nonsense. Not only would the "creator" have found a way to transfer information from one universe to another, which seems completely impossible when you look at the information paradox of black holes. In Orion's world, everything is virtual. If you allow yourself to think that, anything is possible. Teleportation, miraculous healing, "magical" worlds that can interact with "non-magical" worlds, even the "impossible" journey between universes is possible.
