I just started playing this game today, and I'm really liking it. The style of humour that was in Once In A Lifetime is here and absolutely on-point. The characters are engaging, the story is interesting, and the visuals are really nice.

But I just had to make a comment on how funny I found the favourite movies under each girl's profile. The Matrix? The Big Lebowski? Fight Club? Se7en? These are the bro-iest movies possible. I'm shocked American Psycho and Pulp Fiction aren't on here. Like, yeah, women can like them too, but I have yet to meet a single woman who would call any of them her favourite. Their demographics definitely skew HEAVILY one way.

Well I met two Woman who loved such Movies, my first Girlfriend absolutely loved the Matrix Trilogy even if she already had seen them hundreds of times she would watch them again and again and my Cousin who is pretty much tomboy-ish all the time.
So yeah has to do with who you meet.

Seem to recall Fight Club being popular with the ladies at one point because of topless Brad Pitt :whistle:, though I'm sure Alex likes it for a different reason (that reason being "violence"). Also, I seem to recall that a popular stereotype back then is that anyone who likes the Matrix is a conspiracy nut who thinks reality is an illusion...and Nova is a conspiracy nut. Se7en...well, I'm sure you'll understand once you get to know Luna a little bit more.

Big Lebowski...yeah, I got nothing. Maybe Penny just likes the Dude's approach to life or something?

If you aren't on Alex's path or choose not to go to her apartment then Orion goes home to login and bumps into Dalia. If you are on Alex's path though, going home will make you lose said path.

Without the indicator you wouldn't know if she hopped on the rail or she was already sitting there unless another render is shown of her doing the action.

Not to mention it's just one line. It's not overly and needlessly verbose like some descriptors in some VNs. It's quick and to the point, so why have a tirade about it?

It's not just one line, this is just a random example, practically the entire game is like this, read through it again and you'll see

Short answer:

Long answer:

Even if it's just the freaky bits, it'll still run into one of the issues with adding voice acting this late in the game's development cycle: and that is everyone likely has their own headcanon as to what each of the girls sound like (from how they talk to how they scream in pleasure while getting railed by Orion's meat club). It'll just be jarring and likely won't see much use save for those who like voice acting and haven't touched the game yet at this point.
