Dude made the most goated roomate/landlord game on this site and decided to not included any of it in this one lol. This game is still great don't get me wrong, but I do love my insects.

I didn´t have a problem with the scene when I watched it, but at the same time I also don´t disagree with this.

Using one kink in a previous game does not make in mandatory in all future games. Developers are more than free to explore artistically and try new things - in fact, it would be boring if a great dev just kept making the same exact character dynamics over and over again.
I also love the description of it as a "roommate/landlord" game because OIALT doesn't even use that terminology, they're just straight up stepfamily.

Orion painted the shit out of Nancy’s sugar walls instead of Novas in my playthrough so if Eternum prego transfers to reality… those child bearing hips did not go to waste.

I'm pretty sure it's confirmed that you can't, but I'd have to replay the beginning to be sure. I seem to recall Annie going over it when you first play that you don't suffer the physical consequences of your actions in Eternum - which would include conception.

In the 3some, I don´t think we had an option to cum outside. It was either inside Nancy or Nova.Orion painted the shit out of Nancy’s sugar walls instead of Novas in my playthrough so if Eternum prego transfers to reality… those child bearing hips did not go to waste.
If there was an option, I would remember, because that´s what I would´ve picked.
