tbh, I kind of agree. This is one of the only "porn games" im playing because the story actually has me hooked. I wanted to see a bit more. But hey, the sex was good lol.

Well, there's your answer. Mods usually break saves when a new version comes out so either play the game again unmodded or wait for an update for the mod and hopefully it runs after that.

lucly i got the save fixer the new modfder made...and now all works. wanna ask a question: is there any Moan sound?? cuz all i hear beside the music is some strange tac tac (as a hardware sound when you plug something) over and over every 30 seconds or so...it's normal?

No idea. Could be a bug where some of the sound effects such as the sex sounds persist even after the scene has ended. That's the price of playing early, tho no doubt it will be fixed in the Public version.

anyone know how to ix my sound issue?? all i hear is a tac with a plugging sound just before the Tac... no moans, no slap, nothing.. Yes, it's an easy task to fucked things up in Enernum. And people dare to say that this is a "linear harem game without branching and choice."
Anyway, I will need a fresh start with full guide including 0.9

im not familiar with that but i dont think this is happening out of simple hate. I actually like how strong Dalia is in spite of circumstances. She is so mature for her age, smart, strong in both body and spirit and none of it goes to her head. She works hard and knows her worth. I love everything about Dalia, what i dont like the writing of her romance path. Yes i love the route we have to some extent as its absolutely plausible for Orion to be obsessed with the idea of deepthroat ever since Dalia volonteer the information about no gag reflex, but i dont like that only way to stay on her path is to be manipulative devils advocate who is physically assaulting people in public. Dalia seems like she is THE ONE character who needs gentle touch the most and orion is forced to be asshole to her the most

Besides the fact that it was a great update and Caribdis as always loves to torment us with his cliffhangers and breaks at the most interesting moments, I noticed one thing.
This is MC, who began to behave more and more arrogantly and even getting a bullet from two lowlives did not relieve his overconfidence.
He threatens El Coyote that he can take the artifact and the Gem, and moreover, he acts completely irresponsibly, moving to Eternum without an implant. And even more retarded, that he did it with Dalia, putting her life at risk. We know that implants are tricky and can leave your consciousness in Eternum, but without an implant, death in Eternum is final and irrevocable.
I don't have Dalia's route active, but suppose the consequences for her are worse on it, since Hassan will reject her as "impure" and send her to the incubator, because we had full scenes with her, right? If Orion is ready to risk himself, then he should have gathered his senses and dissuaded Dalia.
I hope that after fight with Thanatos, MC will touch some grass and come to his senses.

Whether the behaviour is arrogance or carelessness, internal consistency is not Caribdis's strength as a writer. He's an excellent writers of "situations" and leans into that, which is why Eternum feels like a sitcom. This leads to a lot of inconsistencies in the narrative so he can get the most bang out of the scenarios he dreams up.

As such, I wouldn't put too much stock into Orion's motivations for behaving so riskily. Caribdis serves the scenario, not the plausibility.

Obviously, I would like him to have both, but honestly, Eternum is best played without thinking too much. It's wonderful in so many ways, but there is no doubt that it is best to play with the brain switched firmly off.

With the setup a pity scene if you flirt with the waitress on Annie's date could work for example. Maybe Cari just doesn't want to encourage the player to be scummy.

More like August-September if he starts development for it mid-January (since that's around the time the Public version for 0.8 comes out and he usually starts a few days after that).

Well since 0.8 is his biggest update, I expect him to go smaller in 0.9, like how 0.7 was smaller than 0.6. July/Early August could be DL release

"others" exist for sole purpose of giving orion option to get laid before the actual main girls stories naturally progress to point where they can fool around properly. Without Eve and Maat it would be "sex game with no sex for 5 updates". We got cameos of seeing them around, but i dont think there will be any future scenes with them with how much main girl content is there to be desired.
to give you a comparison, imagine working hard to improve your shop, starting from the bottom selling 2nd hand bullshit and eventually get to the point where you have the brand name of your own and then people come to your store complaining why its not a drift store instead. there is simply no reason for Orion to fuck nobodies when he is at point where he is in love with these girls

So there's no way to anticipate that issue? If you start the game, persistent file is overwritten before you can do anything? Damn, luckily there's the walkthrough pdf to and the skip unseen dialogue option. Unlocked everything again that way already
Edit: HOLY MO... Just run the game again to be sure and it's all locked again!!!

There is, this is what I usually do. I DL the new version, unzip it and paste the old save folder into the new installation game folder (and then if available I place the mods I want, in this game the multi mod). Then I ran the new version without (very important) deleting the old version (or if you just keep the save folder or use the one in the appdata make a back up one because once you run the game persistent file overwrites to the new settings). And I check the preferences menu, if my saves work and if the game have galleries I check if they are like used to be in previous version. If all fine then I delete the old version and/or the backups. This are good preventive measures just in case something goes wrong in the new installation. If happened the issue you got then I would copy the old persistent file again into the new version, maybe something went wrong when I pasted it the first time, if kept the issue well nothing I could do than use the multi mod unlock gallery button or use a universal gallery unlock mod I guess.

Edit : I could also temporarily use URM (universal renpy mod) and check if there is a way on the variables to unlock the gallery, usually done 1 by 1 instance but in some games also work. Once done I delete URM, I don't like using URM in my favorite games because it is very disruptive usually, can be set to be not intrusive but I prefer not to use on a game like Eternum.

Edit2 : Hmm just saw your edited post (sorry just woke up, still sleeping I guess ), dunno what is happening in your game but the persistent file isn't saving your previous settings when you close the game. Your issue seems more troublesome, no idea what can be done to solve it because never faced an issue like that on renpy games. Try deleting the tokens folder in the %appdata%/roaming/Renpy folder like it is suggested in this thread, Ren'Py - Persistent data not saving upon exiting | F95zone , it may being caused by something you did involuntarily in your windows like it is said on this thread, did any other game happened this same issue? From now on probably we direct message each other for this (conversations forum tool) , moderators may not like we keep being off topic even if this is related to an issue you had in the game Eternum.
