Did you use Sancho1969's mod at one point??Short answer: Maybe both. Mods and beta versions lead to corrupted saves very, very often. It's also possible that the saves got corrupted by the changes in music, but I'm much less sure of that one.
A short while back dev got hit by a CnD from one of the royalty free sites where he got his music from, saying he breached their updated terms of service by using their music for "pornographic material" (note that this wasn't in that site's terms of service before, and they only updated it when they started seeing that a lot of AVNs have been using their music and they prolly don't want to be associated with that). Dev had to find and replace 50+ tracks from the game with AI-made stuff brought in by volunteers on his Discord channel, which he mentioned set development for 0.9 back to "a few weeks at most" (prolly because he also had to remove planned music that he got from said site and find suitable replacements).hey guys im still on the newest update so I havent read any devlog to avoid possible spoilers, but its been 4 months and the progress bar is showing 26%, did he say something about taking a break or slowing the updates?
Yes, full harem is the true route and is being developed like that
Both this game and the dev's previous game are written to be harem games. The story isn't written with single-girl playthroughs in mind, and the game essentially treats them as mini-game-overs or some sort of failure state: you made the wrong choice here so now you've lost path X. This means that there won't be extra content for sticking with one girl; just missing content that would have come from the other paths. As such, it's not a game to reward that play style. Would it be interesting if the dev had all the time in the world to write more paths? Sure, but the extra branching involved would make later episodes much more complicated to write as every possiblity gets considered, which is a lot of why big, complicated games with a lot of branching get really long update times even if any given playthrough of a new chapter seems the same length (or shorter).
