Yes and no.
If you have 0.8.0 you need to click the "HERE" link and download the missing update only(s).
Patch your 0.8.0 with
v0.8.x -> v0.8.5 Public first
then with v0.8.5 -> v0.8.6 Public

And afterwards the new one.
