The ver. 16.0 update is a letdown so far; I still can't talk with Sebastion at the bar about the two orbs I have collected. There is the mention of a new lewder outfit offered by the artist brothers but you have to reach the third level with the potion shop owner first. I am currently grinding my stats trying to release that but I'll be pretty displeased if I can't make it happen; that and the sex level still stuck on 2 makes this "update" a nothing-burger.

How were you able to release the new outfit? It won't let me select it without advancing with the potions dealer.

I couldn't tell you, I was able to choose the option from the beginning, I just went to the npc and that's it. The only thing I can think of is that I have all the available content done.

Finally gave this a try.
Honestly, I'm flabbergasted. I wasn't expecting the dev to actually know how to write decent sex scenes but they are, in fact, pretty good. The text doesn't just describe what's happening, it actually tells you what Eilayda is feeling. This should be the norm but it's really rare... The scenes with Berek are especially good, though the virginity loss scene was incredibly boring and I had to reload to avoid it—hopefully there will be better defloration scenes in the future.
Speaking of Eilayda, she's really good. Not only she is really pretty (and no cow tits is a plus for me) but she has a personality. She's smug, haughty and sheltered but she isn't an unlikeable bitch like those characters often end up being.
Really hope the game continues in this direction.

OK, apparently I advanced too far on my previous save before I loaded version 16.0 and missed some flags. I loaded a much earlier save right before I achieved the titjob from the potions dealer which then cleared the way for the new outfit at the artist brothers. I then got the blowjob skill for the first time at Alf's. I think the flags are aligned correctly now. I hope this helps someone.

I believe that's the scene where Eilayda goes to get the second magical orb at the brothel (after getting the one west of the central region). The Madame of the brothel won't let her enter to search for it unless she agrees to work there. Eilayda has no intention of losing her virginity but pretends to agree. Her prostitute friend offers to help her drug her first client to prevent an erection but Eilayda has to go to the western slums to procure the drug. She has to ask a specific guy and if you get it wrong the drug you get doesn't work and she gets put to sleep by the client instead and raped. Since the scene is not that impressive, I did like a lot of others and restored a save to make sure I got the right drug and will hold out for an update with a better sex scene.
Edit: Sorry, it was her friend Calistia who ran to get the drug while Eilayda stalled the client by talking with him. Calistia has to go to seller furthest to the left, otherwise she gets an incense with no drug and you proceed with the rape scene. Simply choose the correct seller to avoid it.

No; I expect that Level 3 and returning to the Haunted Mansion won't occur until at least version 17.0 because I'm on 16.0 and it hasn't happened.
