I believe that's the scene where Eilayda goes to get the second magical orb at the brothel (after getting the one west of the central region). The Madame of the brothel won't let her enter to search for it unless she agrees to work there. Eilayda has no intention of losing her virginity but pretends to agree. Her prostitute friend offers to help her drug her first client to prevent an erection but Eilayda has to go to the western slums to procure the drug. She has to ask a specific guy and if you get it wrong the drug you get doesn't work and she gets put to sleep by the client instead and raped. Since the scene is not that impressive, I did like a lot of others and restored a save to make sure I got the right drug and will hold out for an update with a better sex scene.

You are welcome. Sorry, I remembered it wrong; it was her friend Calistia who ran to get the drug while Eilayda stalled the client by talking with him. Calistia has to go to the seller furthest to the left, otherwise she gets an incense with no drug and you proceed with the rape scene. Simply choose the correct seller to avoid it.

One has to wonder if this game will survive. If the dev doesn't get canceled for this loli game, then the other reason is that loli games make very little money, meaning not enough to warrant creating games with sexual loli content.
