Did the artist or dev ever even expand on what the dispute was? Or did it remain as an unknown disagreement between parties?

Either way it sucks this game will never truly be complete. All they did was rush out an ending and finished what they already had some progress/work in for it.

It was something that happened with the artist. I don't blame the dev at all. They also said they have a preference for petite characters, but want at least one game with a bimbo build.

Not a huge fan of loli and I hate bimbo builds especially the inhuman proportioned ones. Its rough out here just wanting a game with a women with a "normal" body

Yeah, it's pretty sus when one of these FiD H games gets completed. Figures it was a disagreement that ended this title half-assed, almost would be preferable to consider this abandoned but I guess that wouldn't sell better for the future of this circle so they tacitly called it completed for what it is. Shame, this had some good ideas in it that might have seen some serious content in 6 or so years from now given their pace.

Not a huge fan of loli and I hate bimbo builds especially the inhuman proportioned ones. Its rough out here just wanting a game with a women with a "normal" body

I think worse even than the terrible proportions is that most artists just flat out CAN'T draw large breasts. They all look like rubber balloons that are trying to escape. I think large breasts look great, but only if they're drawn as natural parts of the person's anatomy made of meat and fat, subject to the laws of physics, and in proportion to the rest of their body.

Not to knock anyone but I'm guessing that's what happens when you pick up art by studying anime or cartoons, and not actual humans. "Learn the rules before you break them" etc. Or maybe it's just easier. I haven't seen pics of their next product, so I don't know how badly it falls afoul of this yet. Either way it is an absolute plague on this industry and shockingly ubiquitous. Part of me suspects the reason loli is so popular is simply that it sidesteps this issue by default. Well, most of the time...

Well, mainly because the more realistic proportioned a loli becomes the more targeted you become, whether by bots or the sites you use to host your art, this site is a good example even of such cases. H manga creators for this fetish are particularly vulnerable since they make a living. It's kinda ironic AI CG has been the most accurate and unmolested depictions so far uploaded, if you don't count the 10 fingers on one hand anyway.

You're absolutely right! When I see those I look for the horror tag because it should be there was that is absolutely the definition of body horror

Its Senjogahara not one of the lolis though! Monogatari has a lot of lolis but it also has some of the greatest women too! Besides "not a huge fan" is not disliking, I'm not above some loli types I just much prefer Senjogahara's body type.

It is still sad that the thing with the artist happened, but congrats on finishing the game. I'll probably take a look at the new game but unless it's like a 10 on the brutal scale, I'll wait until a potential 3rd game, where we might get another loli protagonist.

Dev has already started working on a bimbo nun themed game.

This game had such amazing potential to be good. Such a shame the artist bitched out halfway through
