I can't seem to find all 5 (or more?) anal scenes in the game currently. I've only found 1 and

you need to store mana by doing events like apple gifting, brother's posing, clown says, etc.

Here's my save from the 18.3 update above with the full gallery including brothel work.
I tried replacing the data in CommonEvents.json as outlined in post #786 (Thanks, Groomtinger!) and in my game she gets propositioned for sex every time sells apples. The save doesn't give you that, and you should back up the old data file as CommonEvents.json.OLD before you create the new one in case you do it wrong.
I noticed her dialog is gradually getting sexier, but it's frustrating that at this point you still can't work in the brothel after approaching the front desk, you can't report having the Orbs to Sebastion (and I've been lugging those things around for a while) and when the artist brother Cale gets permission to "see her womanhood directly" the artwork doesn't show us what he sees! I really hope the 19.0 update delivers on it's promise.

Well, it tells you at the front desk of the brothel that you will have to return with v19.0 to work there because they are working on updated scenes and graphics for that, and I'm hoping the street sex will also advance beyond blowjobs at that point. That, and moving to a higher level with the shopkeepers would make me very happy.
