P.S. Naturally any and every game containing gore and/or scat is gonna get shit on, especially one that's been as "publicly" known as euphoria, which has been shown to and covered by people who would never even consider playing H-games or being into more extreme fetishes.
P.P.S Those kind of games also tend to have lower scores due to people rating them as "Fucking disgusting, who would play something as sick as this."

I don't think I've ever been so eager to play an ero game without my dick in my hand. I haven't 100% this game yet. Yet. So take what I say with a pinch of salt.
Look I won't dice words here, I think it needs some polish in certain key areas, notably in the VO department. The actors did great and you can tell they put everything they had into the role (besides maybe Rikke but I think that's the point of her character as far as I am in the story, I expect this to change when I get to her route), holy hell though I don't know if it's the audio mixing, the mic quality the actors used, or what, but the screaming is painful on the ears at times. This isn't helped by the fact the game gives you only a little time between major scenes. The pacing isn't bad, but it does have a speedy tempo so the screaming is near constant for someone who reads at my speed.
The game has the option to disable scat in the CGs which is really cool for people not into that like myself. What it doesn't do is rewrite and omit the lines when it does come up. NORMALLY this is not a complaint because the bar for an ero game makes Satan play limbo, but Euphoria has so much pride and passion put into it from all angles I think it's a fair criticism to say. I understand it probably took thousands of hours to make this game what it is, what would be a handful more to cater to a broader audience? I am writing a comprehensive review about a rape game though WTF do I know?
That is the only bad I can speak on this game and to be perfectly honest even with the screeching and the shitting, it's easily in my top 5 VNs ever. Period. Ero or clean, straight, gay, furry, whatever. Assuming you don't have a weak stomach (I hope you don't or you wouldn't be looking at this page, and if by some chance you do and are still here, honey, fucking run), this is an absolute must-experience. As I mentioned above the VA's are centerstage for the entire game and they don't disappoint. Even the shrill wailing had heart put into it. Come to think of it that might be part of the reason the girls hurt my ears.
As far as realism goes all I am going to say on the matter is that the girls do act mostly how you'd expect girls to act in a really fucked scenario like this. There is a significant amount of suspension of disbelief, but I argue if you play ero games like this often, suspension of disbelief to this extent is just another Tuesday. Setting aside the ridiculous premise, my only harp on the realism front lies in two characters. Again it's nitpicking, but no one would have time, patience, or spare sanity to coddle Rika besides MAYBE Natsuki. Keisukei also straddles the line between being a sadist and being a bitch.
To summarize, though, the game is well worth the time investment and the few moments of "eugh" I experienced. If you're trawling around in the mud looking for a game to wank to and you found this, put your dick down, go grab a bottle of water, and if you are sensitive to feels, maybe keep your tissues close. Not that they weren't, right? You can crank it after you unlock the gallery. Or maybe it's better to say you will, since I went into this ready to just drop a nut and delete it from my PC, and instead I haven't really felt the desire to yet. I'm certain I'm gonna dehydrate myself at some point but for now I am too damn invested in the writing and characters.
