yup the twerking event is not trigerred even i have chose watching movie together...., is this a bug?

Yes, it's a bug. Those who haven't chosen to make Eva twerk for Jack in previous updates won't be able to play that quest. I hope it gets fixed soon

So basically, you have an older save and can't progress because you don't have enough points for lvl 3, or you start a new game but can't progress because one of the scenes is bugged.

It's only bugged if Eva didn't twerk for Jack. Only few people got it because why would you even choose not to if you're playing his route. Also there's enough EP, I didn't find any problem finding them. But yeah, loading older saves should do it.
But you can also bypass all this by installing Unren and just changing the variables using the console.

Two polls to choose characters in the next update. Jack is winning the first one and Isaac and Hilda are kind of tied, I guess. Third poll is about whether to change the navigation system or not.

They're pretty much all characters already in that will be getting content. Except the fat nerd one.
I think we can all agree that the navigation is a multiple step process and kinda annoying.
But we must also consider that if we vote and request to change, it would be difficult and time consuming for developer and next update might take some time.

I hope Isaac get enough votes this time around; dev did a poll before between Isaac and Jack, and Jack won..
