I wish there would be some sneak peek, news, explanation or whatever about the pregnancy mechanic. I am very curious about how it's phrased in the game. It seems as if Eva is gonna be pumping and dumping those babies, if you are a complete debauch with her, like an army of foetuses.

I understood somewhat what you said because I am a native spanish speaker . To translate to the other members:
I hope it's not mandatory to use her pregnant route because I don't think it's funny to see her pregnant, for me it loses all the emotion of the character.
I do not think it will be obligatory, more likely an option (like similar games). But since there is little information about it, it is hard to know.
