Quest says to "set outfit preferences (mirror)" and I do, selecting an outfit for each available option and hitting confirm, multiple times but nothing happens

I tried again. Restarted the game, again didn't work, scrolled back, didn't work, scrolled back, just clicked the 1s one the first page and it worked.
Probably needs to be the "correct" selection to register.

Same. Tried everything I can think of.

Considering how the game is structured, the best way to define the events of the game would be like the consecutive hits of God of war, you can get interesting titles with each accumulated hit but as soon as you stop or the enemy dies and you have to move on to another one, the score will return to zero (a roller coaster).

P.D: Ironically part three of the saga was also criticized for the order of the bosses having Poseidon and Hades at the beginning of the game when being part of the trinity of gods they should be further ahead.

Yes (for the idea of diversity for the routes)
No (personally a crime considering the existence of statistics)

Adding to the list of people for whom the game doesn't advance after changing wardrobe. There is a green box for workout clothing and secretary but it's not possible to get those clothes yet in the game, so I think that's where the coding error is. Those boxes should not be there. Will need to fix this bug to advance

Now we are at v0.7 and also pace in the contents jump significantly in the last update compared to previous ones.

I mean Eva now can work in Brothel ? Isn't these things almost end game contents ? prostitution, sex dates, brothels etc etc ?

I like the game and hopefully it will not finish anytime soon

So don't you think that Eva can work in brothel is too much jump ? What can you add more corruption wise when the main female character is already start doing prostitution in brothel ?

If you remember Amy's Ecstasy, similar contents were towards to the end.

I am not saying dev should grind it like hell, just that content needs to be at the very end or towards.
Maybe dev has really unique ideas and it can surprise us.

this is the main story you are talking about, each character story is something you can do right at the start, the main story is not directly linked to everything so it's up to you if you want to continue it before finishing a character, you are right that it's maybe a bit fast for the main storyline but overall the game still has a lot to offer

So, there's gonna be three main content in 0.8
1) Main Route- Finally Eva enters the slum district.
2) One Character Route- Chosen by Poll
3) One minor character route/brothel - Chosen by Poll
Apart from this, new fitness, intelligence level and some new game mechanics would also be introduced
There's a chance of Cameo event too but it's not sure yet. Will inform later on.
