Activate the Quests, go to the Phone, select any of the characters and activate their rute, it will say if the character have any Quest available.

That is the reason why you should focus on tutorial. (I did the same mistake though).

Don't equip the option 2 outfits, your not supposed to have them at the start of the game it's a bug. Equip them after you get EP level 4, alternatively, download v0.7a from the Patreon, it's free.
