I would like to see a change at the beginning when Burton apologizes in the subway. If the player could choose how Eva reacts to the apology, it could be suggested that Burton sees a crack in Eva and adjusts his attitude in order to achieve his goal, rather than it being just the classic plot of abuse of power and subjugation.

Ooooh yes that is a good point.
In that case, if Burton manipulates Eva into feeling sorry for him, or adjusts his attitude towards her, then instead of it being a classic case of manipulation, Burton could spin Eva into the palm of his hands without needing to rely on cheap/outdated parlour tricks.

Gilga already did this before with the boy in the library in Amy's game, showing that the relationship is two-way and not only about how Eva transforms, but also how Eva can transform those around her.

I remember that route. I believe it was the nerd with the glasses who was fat and then got swole later on?
Well, in my mind, Eva is not just prone to being corrupted by others, but can also serve as the temptress herself in corrupting others around her as well.

Burton could pretend that Eva reminds him of a girl he knew who died, getting Eva to let her guard down.

If thats AI use its actually really well done, dont think it stands out too much from the game design, so no complaint when properly implemented , unlike the bunch of AI slop around.
