Something that has been baffling me...took me a while to understand.
"Undress" means to "take off clothes" or "get naked." She isn't undressing. She is putting on her normal clothes.
"Dress normally" means to "put on normal clothes", but in this case, it puts on a "teddy."
"Pantyhose fullbody" could just mean "put on full body pantyhose", but considering the choices given, and the results of each choice....this is just weird/confusing AF for any native English speaker.
Better, more correct, less confusing choices:
(1) Normal Lingerie
(2) Revealing Lingerie
(3) Regular Clothes
or...
(1) Put on Teddy
(2) Put on kinky revealing lingerie
(3) Change back into everyday clothes.
These are just some ideas, and there are many ways to do this. But, the choices that are currently in the game just are confusing as hell.

When I take Jaine to the slum, where are we going? It doesn't say in the quest log. It simply says "first house completed and talk to her."
So...I go to the office and talk to her. Weird dialogue that makes little sense.....then I go to the house, change clothes, then go to the slum by myself, and Jaine magically appears there.
Then...we wander around the alleys getting raped till we get tired and run back to my apartment, where Jaine magically disappears and I am inside my apartment by myself. I sleep, then go back to the office to try again.
And during all this time, the quest log STILL says "first house completed and talk to her", and never changes. There are no hints. And if the dialogue mentioned what to do, I missed it due to the English not being great.

How do I up teaching efficiency? I keep going to class and doing teaching twice a day then test on Friday afternoon and doesn't seem to move anything along. Do I also need to do the papers in the office? Stuck trying to figure out how to progress with this one. I still have a couple things with Hannah and Lucy in this update but I can't figure out how to make that move forward.

Twice a day?? I can teach only once each day, and then I do administration in the teacher room. But yeah, for me as well, teaching poficiency doesn't increase.

you can teach twice a day from 6am to 11am or from 1pm to 4pm and do the test on friday will be able to improve your teaching ability

You have to go to the slums, and find your way through the maze, to get to a place that is lead by the woman in the residential area (it's the woman you walk dogs for). There is a part where she says to meet her.
But, this isn't just a single scene. You go to the place, change your clothes, and do some kinky training with 2 different trainers, and it's multiple days and multiple levels of training. And you can leave whenever you want and go back whenever you want.
Side note: just to help out, in English, we don't say "buyed." We say "bought." I know English is ridiculous, and makes no sense sometimes. haha But, "buyed" is incorrect.

You can simply either skip time, till it is time to teach the second lesson, or you can go to lunch, or go upstairs to find the students hanging in the hall. ..a few ways to move time.
