Currently, you cannot access this place yet, so you need to complete Jaine's mission first to unlock new outfits. If this bothers you, I have a fix file for version 0.34.8v, while yours is still 0.33.6v. You can download the updated version.

I don't know which quest of Michael you are talking about, but Michael's quest in the current version will only appear in 3 places.

you are mistaken, if it is slum then there will only be Jimmy quest, and you will start it when you get the bar quest (get it at the job center).

Oh, you might see the quest saying 'find her,' but it also says (Need update). That means you've already completed all the available quests! Also, hidden quests and hidden items haven't been added to the game yet, so there's no need to worry. Thank you for playing!
