As long as you already have 0.55 Beta and 0.59 installed correctly, yes. Check the version number listed on the opening screen of the game. If it says 0.69 Beta then you aren't using the latest version.

Vaglocks were removed from the game for a long time until assertiveless added them back in in version 0.67. He added a chance for a vaglock to be enabled on females uncommonly. I fixed several bugs with this but there is still a chance of vaglocks being used. They are often used when a girl is a technical virgin or "slutmary" as assertiveless calls them. A slutmary will have oral and anal sex while preserving her vaginal virginity.
Players can take the girl to the medical center, once they build up their relationship, to get it removed or they can use this console command to remove vaglocks from all females that have them:
remove_vaglock=1
This will remove vaglocks on all female NPCs in the game after a new day.

I just tested this and it works fine. You have to approach the girl and then ask for her phone number.

Great idea, however there isn't a developer for the game currently. I'm semi-retired.

To devs: When I found a debtor who was 38y old woman with 3 mixed gender teenage child and I choosen the daughter (as I remember the oldest female child was 17y) as a ransom, the new whore in my list became a 16y teenage guy with female (Lilith) name.
