You don't need to spend any money on police chief if Mabuta is still alive since he will take care of police for you. As for Tony, you can also ignore him if you aren't doing anything with drugs since good relationship with him gives you better deal on drugs that your drug dealers will sell.

Choose "Work throughout the year".
Choose "Serve in the army under contract".
That seems to get you between 5500 and 6000 caps. Then go straight to the bank and take out a 1k loan and instantly repay it. Do this 10 times untill you can get the 50k loan.
Then buy a computer. Go home and use the computer, go to legal businesses and register as an entrepreneur.
Now choose "Create a product store for 10,000 caps". Make 5 of those and set their sell price to 95%.
Within a week your stores will start making a profit. After a few weeks it will be around 1k a day and you never need to touch them again. There are better ways to make big bucks but this is a simple and easy way to get a passive income going so you can start playing around with the more exciting parts of the game.

It's happened wayy to many times where instead of undress all, it keeps clicking on secretly record which gets really annoying.
Or at the very least, where can I go within the files to search for certain commands? That way I can just look through the file instead of constantly asking here
(and yes, I'm aware of the developer notes commands, I'm not asking for that, just a simple "remove_camcorder" or "inventory_camcorder=0" type of command)
