Replace the two existing files with the two updated files from the 7z archive.

The Female Body Preferences screen you added looks really professional! With version 0.69 Beta build 7 hotfix 1, the game is looking really clean and more polished! Thank you for the new features!
I'm happy someone finally replaced most of the poor quality animated GIF videos in the generic sex system. This was long overdue!
I'm loving the variety of body types with version 0.69 Beta. You really cleaned up NPC generation and NPC stories!
New players to the game will have a much improved experience.
One thing you could do is separate the 'Pimp that Bitch' cheat from character generation. So character generation would use a separate version of 'Pimp that Bitch' and the cheat version would use the existing one. Not a big deal as it would only prevent players from having to click on the cheat 10 times or more to get a girl to fully meet the female body preferences they chose.
I think you picked the best female body preference categories. This is a nice feature to the game so beauty is now customized to player preferences!
Releasing build 7 on Christmas day was unexpected but welcomed!

Only if a player creates it. Mega charges too much per month for me to want to expand my space allotment there. There is already a torrent for the game posted a few page back but you'll have to download and apply the 0.69 Beta build 7 and hotfix updates to it.
The game is currently close to 22 GBs in size. That's a huge file to download and some players can't download files that large.
Anyone is welcome to create it and post it. They can even request for it to be added to the OP.

It's been mostly crickets since version 0.69 Beta build 7 has been released. Only one bug has been reported so far which I fixed in hotfix 1. I haven't done much with the game since I released hotfix 1 and instead enjoyed the holidays with family and friends.
I'm setting a release date for version 0.69 which will take this version out of beta, January 9. I'm going to do a bit more testing and hopefully fix a few more bugs. I'm also using this time to wait for player feedback and bug reports. When I release on January 9, I'll notify the moderators and make the release public.
I don't have any plans for the game after January 9 and will focus on other things in my life. When I develop for this game, it usually occupies 90% or more of my spare time, oftentimes pushing other priorities aside. When I put effort into something, I'm all in and give it my best effort.

Would anyone be too upset if I list all tattoos that an NPC has regardless of clothing? Currently, clothing blocks the view of 90% of tattoos and you can only know about all of them if you have the NPC naked during sex. So you could be dating a girl with tattoos and not know it. It's also frustrating to me while testing as I don't get the full picture of whether a girl has tattoos or not.
If this is immersion breaking for anyone I can add some test code to work around it for me. Speak now or forever hold your peace...

I personally don't care, i only have the impression that 90% of the girls in the game have tatoos.
I don't know about the youth these days in real life (do i sound old?), maybe that is accurate.
Another small, tiny bug i came across with slaves.
The game counts every sexual training (or brutal rape if you like) as an independent guy at the moment, so a 16 year old virgin slave shows like this after she submitted to me.
So, sticking cock in every hole then leaving and coming back the next day to do the same counts as a new guy every time.
Not really important, her history is correct but i want to mention it anyway.
I haven't seen that with non-slave girls.
This counter was always a bit strange, the break slave cheat (which i rarely use, no fun in that) always was counted as a seperate guy but i don't think it was like it is now.

My main issue right now is that the game conflicts breaking a bitch
and corrupting her beyond salvation...
now for 95% of the world it makes no diference,
and sadly normally and practically it does not!

It's always a pleasure to see the fresh update. I've tried this game recently and found disappearance of NPC description picture eye-candies present in original version quite disappointing. First of all I can't see why small pictures of these blouses, tops skirts and heels cant's be shown right in the text, scaled down maybe. It's both hot and informative, I want it back. I also do not understand these long useless face description which supposed to reflect character's individuality. Because they are not. Without face avatar girls lost individuality completely, it's just hard to remember them.

I'm unsure what you're talking about and am scratching my head. None of the things you mentioned are in the original game. I downloaded the original game Evil and verified it.
Here is a screenshot of a female NPC; no "eye-candies" (pictures of blouses, tops, skirts, heels, etc. in the NPC's description).
The "useless face description" exists in the original game. In Evil 2, it is much improved (the whole game is vastly improved). The original game Evil is barely playable.
The reason unique avatars and unique images aren't used for non-story/event NPCs has already been explained in the Game Overview on the OP. There is no need for me to repeat it here.
If you're unhappy with the game please move on. Spilling nonsense doesn't help anyone.

If including hot content in a game is nonsense it is not a porn game you are probably making here.
UPD: Checked OP, have not found the mentioned point. And know what? This is a nonsense. No, really. Writhing a document about basic functions not going to be implemented is something basically opposite to development. Text description of character face whatever detailed it is gives barely nothing. Girls in the game are so featureless as result that I regularly have difficulties to just find the girl I previously interacted. Because they are all the same, exactly same and featureless. It was a clear contrast between game you making here and version I've tried before downloading 20 gig of videos. Oh, Jesus, If I want 20 gig of videos downloaded I would rather find something more interesting but, yes, I remember it already was discussed before.

I think you are talking about a different game here, just both use the QSP Player ... To be honest I would not mind that either ... but you clearly have not kept up with the situation of the game. This game has no active developer again (once the current version is officially released) - thanks Noobtrain for this release. And it does not had a developer who tried to monetize it in a long time.
You are also free to try to implement your vision. But face avatars for randomly generated NPC's are not easy - and what if the character has assigned a face and then the clothes or haircolour or something changes?
Its easy to throw out requests/demands to someone who just does this in a freetime ... its harder to do yourself

After playing it I'm not sure should I thank somebody or blame myself for time wasting. For me it's hader to restrain myself from making another personal mod of a mod of a mod. No. Not again.
However if we speak about development problems the clothing images feature you may see on screenshot above serve it's purpose fairly nice. You want to know what the girl wear on - you see it and you see the hot pictures. The key here is using separate pictures changeable parts combined on same screen. User see them all at once witch is make effect comparable to full picture.
The solution of face problem is quite simple. It should more or less correspond initial description and provide a piece of individuality. Lets consider it as a profile picture. Kind of small picture. Changeable parts might be displayed separately in description screen which is especially true for augmented lips or piercing. Hairstyle and color better be represented by faceless picture.
Yet all above adequate for obsolete projects like this one. Nowadays developers use AI to generate pictures that fit character stats.

This is an English site and the version you are using is in Russian. If there's an English version that contains those features I'm happy to look at it.
The point you say doesn't exist, "Due to the large volume of NPCs generated, the pictures and videos will not necessarily match the NPC's description. If this kills the immersion for you, you should look elsewhere." This is in the spoiler section of the Game Overview.
This isn't a game where there are only a handful of female love interests like there is in most visual novels. If there were 12 or less LIs, yes, the content could match with avatars to go along with each girl. Since over 100 females can be generated in a playthrough, this approach isn't practical. I've had over 200 females in one playthrough of the game. Matching that many girls without a huge amount of repetition is extremely challenging!
If you look at the screenshot you posted, you can only view 50% of the main window without scrolling and that's after shrinking the bottom two windows to be tiny. This is a huge no no for me and all the previous developers. Scrolling should be minimal! This is a bad design IMO.
The reason for the warnings is that the early developers were getting beat up because certain features from Evil weren't included. They tried to inform players up front of what to expect with Evil 2 before they downloaded the game.
This game is clearly not for you. Please be an adult and move on.

Actually not. I just showed you the clothing images feature that might be implemented in your project easily and you totally do not seem to be happy. And this is another reason why I'm not going even try to do this feature by myself. Last time I done something like this I had to wait almost a year before my contribution was included to official mod version. But that was another project and another developer. In your case such a contributions seems not even welcomed.
I would rather abstain from remarks about ones maturity but admit instead that I found conversation with actual porn game developer useful for better understanding about how development should or maybe should not to be approached. Thank you for your time and effort.

I'm done developing for the game in precisely 5 days for a long while. I have little fight in the game at this point. The only thing I have left to do is take version 0.69 out of beta.
It isn't your suggestion that's the problem, it's how you approached it. I debated not replying but it probably needs to be said. Some of your comments:

Saying how disappointed you are in the game and then mentioning how useless the face descriptions are isn't the path to success. Saying, "I want it back" could be interpreted as a demand. You probably didn't mean it that way but it could easily be misinterpreted.

Your attitude is the problem here. It's crystal clear, plain as day.
I could have been more cordial in my response to you but you poked the bear so to speak with your arrogance and poor attitude. My response would have been much friendlier had your original post been more positive. Hopefully there is a lesson learned here.
I appreciate the "thank you"! That does show maturity. After all the work I've put into this game, I'm confident in saying that I've contributed more to Evil 2 than any other developer, including spectre1viper. I've followed this game closely since 2020 and have read every post. spectre1viper released Evil 2 in late 2019 after six months of overhauling the original English version of Evil here on F95Zone. Call it a mod of a mod if you'd like but the two versions are vastly different from each other, especially after 3 years of Evil 2 development. There is the sandbox portion of Evil 2 and then there is the visual novel portion with numerous special events and unique stories to play through. The generic sex system has also been vastly improved with numerous videos and pictures instead of just a few that Evil has. Numerous other improvements have been made which would take way too much time to list...
The fact that abandoned Russian version of Evil-one appears more developed than English Evil 2 was a complete surprise for me, that's true. But it will not be true to say here that I really care about one's feeling and interpretations. The state of project Evil 2 is not result of my attitude whatever it interpreted. If you invested significant time and efforts to get such a result... well, It's sad. All I can do is describe features and solutions that potentially can be useful. Like proclaiming that hot pictures in character description makes porn game better.
