No, for the full experience, you need to download and then patch the whole content one step after the other. Check the description for this in the OP under 'installation'. Then, and only after that, apply the most current patch.
Should you still experience problems running the game affter that, check back here!

On a side note, I did create a list of cheats I use with the command injector - stuff like changing the picture of a girl, making her an addict, changing the amount of debt one has. However I'd like to have your go/no-go before I post them here.

Don't assume, read...
Did you read the OP, especially the 'Requirements' and 'Installation' sections?
We give players the information they need to succeed but we can't force them to read it.
The 'Installation' instructions are clear on how to install the game.
If your game crashes after character creation, then you aren't using the QSP Player that comes with the game. The game is listed as Windows only. The 'Requirements' section is very clear on this.
I apologize if I sound rude (not my intention) but it gets tiresome when players just click on the download links and refuse to read anything else.

It's official - reviews are meaningless on this site. Players can post nearly anything they want and no one is allowed to fact check it. I reported a recent review and was told "Cannot fact check all reviews on the site so your request is denied." Apparently developers can't be trusted to inform moderators about how their own game works lol.

Alright then. The followings are cheats to be used via the command injector you can find after enabling cheats.
Personally I use them to finetune my experience with the game, and optimize characters beyond what the cheats already provided do offer.
Note that those do not influence a girl's life story - you need a save editor if you want to change that.
Unless stated otherwise, those cheats must be use while in a character's window. X'es are to be replaced by the apropriate numeric value.
Change a character pic:

A couple of tips and additional insights into your cheat codes list.
Instead of using these codes:
guy[npc]=X
anus_virgin[npc]=1
throat_virgin[npc]=1
vag_virgin[npc]=1
I recommend using the 'Make Virgin' cheat in the cheat menu. There's code that will remove virgin status if their hole stat is too large to be a virgin. For example if a girl has vag[npc]=16 or higher, even if you set vag_virgin[npc]=1, it will be reset to vag_virgin[npc]=0 (soon but not necessarily immediately). There's lots of commands that have to be run to make a girl a true virgin with any of her three holes. Examples:
deflorator[npc]=0
anusdestruct[npc]=0
throatdestruct[npc]=0
vag[npc]=1
anus[npc]=0
throat[npc]=0
anus_virgin[npc]=1
throat_virgin[npc]=1
vag_virgin[npc]=1
innocent[npc]=0
guy[npc]=0
havesex[npc]=0
This is why the 'Make Virgin' cheat is there to handle all the necessary variables to do it correctly. Using specific commands will cause her story to be incorrect also. The 'Make Virgin' cheat resets her story to the correct information so her story says that she hasn't had sex yet.
There's also the 'Take her virginities' cheat which will make her a virgin first and then stimulate sex where you take all three of her virginities. This cheat isn't as useful but is helpful to me in certain situations (I want to quickly take her virginities instead of someone else who beat me to it).
anus[npc]=64 isn't quite correct, I think you meant anus[npc]=32
Removing slave status with slave[npc]=0 I don't recommend. This shouldn't be possible/allowed so I'm going to add code to prevent this. If you run slave[npc]=0 she'll be taken out of the slave list and removed from her slave job permanently.
If you want to max your relationship with Tony you can use: diller_trust=120
You mentioned several stats to corrupt a girl faster however there's already a cheat to do this - 'Corrupt NPC Name'
This cheat will corrupt a girl faster by adjusting the following stats:
will[npc] - lowers it by a small amount
dom[npc] - lowers it by a small amount
corr[npc] - raises it by a small amount
lust[npc] - raises it by a small amount
If a girl is a complete virgin, the cheat has limits, however once you take one of her virginities the cheat has no restrictions. I often use this when I take a girl back home from the nightclub and want to corrupt her quickly. The cheat can be run multiple times on the same girl since all four stats are only modified by a small amount so players can customize the amount of cheat they wish to use.
I also frequently use the 'Accept Whore Invite' cheat if I've spent lots of time corrupting a girl and she refuses to become my whore. The cheat basically removes all the reasons why she is refusing. In some cases you still have to use the 'Blackmail' dialog option after you've run this cheat to get her to agree.
Other than that, nice list!

- me setting slave to 0 was meant to create sth. like a Stockholm syndrome scenario, where your slave actually starts to develop feelings towards the MC. When I tried it out the NPC still remained in the Slave section afterwards. I thought the reason for that was that since this is defnitely not intended to happen the game doesn't have code to decide where to move the NPC, thus leaving her there... just tested it:
Setting slave back to 1 made it back to what it was upposed to be.

MC sells her drugs, takes her other virginities, and finally tricks her into the setup. After forcing her into being a camwhore for her debts, MC wanes her off drugs and even forgives the debt after their lovechild ist born, and in the end convices her to divorce her man and marry the PC instead. Classic Hollywood story and happy end.

If you want to target specific virginities, then you need to run multiple commands per virginity to do it correctly:
Vaginal
deflorator[npc]=0 & vag[npc]=1 & vag_virgin[npc]=1
Throat
throatdestruct[npc]=0 & throat[npc]=0 & throat_virgin[npc]=1
Anal
anusdestruct[npc]=0 & anus[npc]=0 & anus_virgin[npc]=1
The 'Corrupt NPC Name' cheat is actually a mild cheat. It only modifies the stats by a small amount so if you want to corrupt a girl enough for her to accept anal and deepthroat sex when she is fairly innocent, you have to use the cheat 4 to 5 times on the girl. This way the cheat just gives the corruption a "push" instead of totally corrupting her. Like I said earlier, if the girl is a complete virgin the cheat won't work very well until you take one of her virginities. There's code to prevent a complete virgin from having a moderate to high level of corruption when she is innocent (never had sex).

i did not take into account that I had used the 'Pimp me' cheat, because of course I did... so with the 27/6cm dick I just took it for granted that the numbers I mentioned are always the threshold for the girls enjoying the experience. My bad, sorry!

You know what's crazy with reviews? Any player can go to any game and review it without playing it. This makes the site a haters and trollers paradise. Haters can come to F95zone and post hate reviews each day on games they've never played. A sandbox paradise for haters and trolls! They can post nonsense since reviews are untouchable and aren't allowed to be fact checked, commented on, or scrutinized. As long as they aren't too offensive or directly insult the developer they're golden. They usually know what lines they can't cross to keep from getting into trouble.

I finished going through all the stories and events that skybarbie and I developed. They were very clean already (we went through them twice before) and so I only made small text improvements and small formatting improvements.
I'm considering doing one last event and then retiring from developing here for a long while. The game is really clean overall and in good shape aside from two overhauls that need to be done (Picture/Video overhaul & NPC body type description overhaul). Matching sex content for all the named event and story NPCs in the generic sex system would also be a huge addition that needs to be done at some point. Neither skybarbie or I have had the motivation to work on these three huge projects for several reasons.
I haven't found a porn clip that I'm happy with yet. Most of the good roleplay scenario videos have already been used in the game (there's lots of porn roleplay videos but very few I would consider to be useable). Players are welcome to make suggestions, however keep in mind that I'm extremely picky. It doesn't necessarily even have to be a roleplay video as the Kendra Sunderland event I added recently was just an awesome sex scene overall. The Molly Mae event that I added recently is an example of a good roleplaying scenario. The Ashley Maya event was a really good one also that was done by jessicajones. I'm not a big fan of Ashley Maya but the roleplaying scenario was so good and unique that it made for a great event.
The game isn't eligible to be promoted in the 'Latest Updates' section unless new content is added so I would like for the game to be promoted one more time before I mostly retire here. I still may keep an eye on the game thread and answer questions but my involvement here will be a lesser role.
No one has stepped forward to take over development so I don't know what future the game has. The few developers that have stepped forward in the past mainly just wanted to change a few things they didn't like or alter the game's direction into something it is not (not in line with the Evil 2 world). They weren't interested in adding new content which is one of the main roles of a developer. We actually had to step in several times and fix things that went against the game world or the game's best interest.
I don't really blame anyone for not taking over development. It's a lot of hard work with very little reward. After spending tons of hours on new releases (the bigger releases in the past), all we usually got was a dozen players liking the release post and that was all the thanks and appreciation we received. The numerous problems we've had with the moderation team and a few select players have caused us enough grief to chip away at our motivation to continue pouring tons of hours into the game.

I don't believe this is a bug. The chance for a girl to be born is just signifficantly higher.

a slave costs like 1000 days of work... since you also have other expenses,
you can get an ugly slave wife at the age of 50 if you worked honestly since you were younger...
Also slave reproduction seems to be banned so clearly based on Germanic philosophy

also even in this society only half of the dudes get a reproductive viable woman so...
