Game developers are meant to become corrupt and evil?
I'm going to have to grow a van Dyke and stop letting the coders have a day off for Christmas. Although I'll admit that whole incident where they didn't get watered and all died was 60-70% my fault.

This game had great potential. It could have been equivalent to Girl life, best QSP in this site. I would have supported the developer if he had patreon.

Thank you. I only code porn games for fun. As soon as I put up a Patreon then it becomes work and I feel obligated to my supporters. I was the main developer of 'Jack-o-Nine-Tails' for 9 months after Old Hunstman (original developer) left the project. I also made a huge mod for 'Family Life'. Evil 2 was my third project. If I could still develop and not have some player post it here I would be tempted to continue. I'm outspoken and I've angered some of the moderators on this site due to disagreements and a few have a vendetta against me.
Girl Life is a good game. It has more content than Evil 2 and more features. Evil 2 has a much better sex system and also a slave training system. Girl Life is definitely the bigger game. I did help Kevin Smarts with the project for 3-4 months. We had too many disagreements with content direction so I started my own project Evil 2. I have nothing against Kevin Smarts but his team can be a bit extreme. I mostly enjoyed my time helping Kevin Smarts with Girl Life.
jessicajones has made some really good updates to this game including new content with the random events. She also greatly improved the maid content as well as other nice touches. She is thinking about doing one more version and re-versioning the game. Players come to the game, see version 1.5 and expect a full and completed game so it really needs a much lower version number.

We can be a bit particular about what fits the game or not and our setup is unusual I know. Still we enjoyed having you around and learnt some things inbetween the arguments.
I thought you did some great work on jack o' nine btw, I hope you find a way to develop again in the future.

i have couple of games in mind which could use some modding ... generally buggy qsp family smth (problems i think) and pics only wife smth (about training-corrupting etc . pics are not rewarding enough )
Still think its great project and ready support any developer (with $ ofc).
Just.. do it, im sure it can be better than all other QSP games because its easy to understand and have simple mechanics for player.

it doesnot look like modders will be developing it further
but it is "easy to understand" because it is falls within management/trainer/datesim category (so the mechanics is "simple" because it is intuitively understandable and applicable to a bunch of activities and subsequent actions )
whereas the vast majority of qsp games are about questchain tasks which requires time-location tracking, which i like (when there is a wt or hints i can follow hehe).
so i dont think you can compare such, that is you may prefer the former category as it will be to your liking but it doesnot mean that with more development it will be better than classic narrative/tasks-based sandboxes.

EVIL 2 - Version 0.5 (re-versioned)
This is a small update, mainly geared towards new players. There is no update path, sorry. This version contains everything in the old version 1.5 Hotfix 2 plus 20 new sex videos and 20 new sex images. Nothing else has changed, other than the re-versioning to 0.5.
The game was re-versioned to better reflect the current game status. Too many players saw version 1.5 and expected a completed game. spectre1viper will update the OP soon. I don't have any further updates planned but I'm not saying that I will never touch this game again either.

I started playing yesterday again with the (old) 1.5 version and I'm running in bugs I think.
- The street whores sometimes missing in the daily summary and the next day Matuba knocking on my door and take everything what i had
- When i buy a black girl in the black quarters bar, i get a white chick with two names (one random and one african-like name), and get zero black themed visual content (as before)
- When I assign 5 girl to work on the street I'm lucky if 2 are appear and countin in summary
Maybe this information is now obsolete, but maybe not. I updated the game with hotfix2 but the bugs still exist.

I'm not fixing bugs at the moment but I think I can shed some light on a few of these.
#1 & #3 - Haven't seen this problem. I can't remember if a whore or slave that earns nothing is shown in the summary or not. Matuba is the kingpen of street whores/slaves and you need to strike a deal with him before putting your whores and slaves on the street to work. Go back to an earlier save and find Matuba (stripclub). If he visits you in person it is too late and he will take most of your earnings.
You will need to periodically have a talk with all of your slaves and whores and encourage them to work harder, otherwise they will slowly earn less and less. All whores and slaves have to be assigned to work on the street, as a camwhore, or at the gloryhole before they will earn anything.
You also need the help of the police to look the other way. Making friends with the chief of police is helpful. You also need to assign protection for your whores or slaves or use the protection that Matuba provides (nigerans).
Eventually, there is a way to get rid of Matuba if you are creative (have him killed).
#2 - This is a known issue and will likely never be fixed (at least not by me). The name issue could be fixed easily enough but adding all the black female content (images and videos) would involve a lot of work and time.
To be honest I'm ready to get patreon and join it just for this one gem of the game, easily this is one of my TOP5 games on this site ever.
