Think I just had a separate text file with all of the variables in there. Pretty sure you had stopped working on it before I translated the variables though. I can attest to the quality of your 1.7.3. A parallel Russian version of this game (still in active development) uses your 1.7.3. At least these Russian guys actually added lots (full Russian text translation, extended story, new gameplay options, new areas, more random events, image overhauls, etc.) What's more, they are decent enough to credit you as well as many other earlier modders in the "Development" section of the main menu. Lastly their latest mod is named, humbly enough, just 1.7.7.4. Talk about understatement for a mod that does so much while simultaneously giving proper credits. On the other hand...
Uhh... don't be surprised if you're about to be twice cursed by the guys working on version 2.0. You're hardly mentioned or credited, if at all. In fact, in-game, except for Old Huntsman and the two guys, everybody else (including you) is reduced to "Hongfire community" and "F95Zone community."
Version 1.8 is your 1.7.5 with minor improvements that was overcompensated by so many added bugs. Version 2.0 is an image and audio pack of version 1.8 that fixes some of the bugs introduced by 1.8 (as well as their own 2.0). So in effect, once they release 2.0 in full, basically it's just an image and audio pack of your 1.7.5 (because your version has none of the bugs of 1.8 and the ones they keep adding to 2.0).
Think I came back like 3-6 months later like uh, guess I missed his replies. So I just let it lie but your version always seemed to work the best. Kind of wish that game would just die all together honestly but people do like to mod it quite a bit. There was at least 3 other modded versions before I saw yours.
I'm considering making my 1.7.5 version compliant with this site and re-posting it here. I want to at least release the first version of my mod for EVIL first. Working on the mod is a slow process due to how the author coded it and how he attempted to include literally 'everyone'. I've finished the character creation portion of the mod and am still overhauling home sex and other areas of the game. The lack of focus that the author has is a real hassle (exceptions for everything). He tries to force squares, triangles, hexagons, cylinders, spheres, etc. all in the same hole.
That's not so hard judging by what they did to make version 2.0 compliant. They just set the "No Loli" option as default then deleted all the loli-related json files and images. That's all they did.
Yeah, while going through some of the translating he mentions learning to program. I believe this is basically his first attempt at coding period and we get the end result. It's a lot of ahhhs so far, think I might merge mine into this version which will be a pain to cherry-pick everything. I should leave it alone but don't want to completely restart.
Once I release later this month, you could be in charge of the Mac/Linux version of the game. It's up to you. If you want to release your own version that is fine also.
I'd say Evil 2.0, since it'll probably be a bit different from the original author's game.
Yes, but the chance is pretty damn low. I had to edit the variable in the sex scenes to 100 to get it to fire. On that note, I do not know how to make the pregnancy go by faster. Gave up trying to change that after about two weeks of trial and error during my free time.
Downloading now and yeah, I removed a bunch of the other sexes in my personal version. It was just getting for too confusing especially with how the variables are setup in there. A little better in this version but still pretty confusing, also had issues pin pointing where shemales were generated. Seems like I disabled them all but somehow one would still get generated or women who only took it in the butt. Trying your version and hopefully some headaches run away.
