Yeah, the main issue I have with the porn studio for female characters is one of renown, or notoriety. Right now, there just really isn't any content related to the a woman MC shooting porn. If she shoots a bunch of porn films, then everything else in the game goes on like she's not a famous porn star who would possibly be recognized. I looked through the code, and I see blackmail for NPCs, and story elements for women's backgrounds, but nothing really related to the MC working as a woman in porn.Sorry Rebby, but :

It's a concept, but I'm not sure that's very conform to the logic and spirit of the game
In the actual version, when you are woman/she-male, you only see that you work by the text 'Now shooting time', You make 5 caps and lose 1 hour (without energy lose, there are no reason).
I understand that for the next version, I must make this under a action (the simple text seems not suffisant for some players)
