If someone have problems with locale or jap, you can try Locale Emulator - little program, that helps with locale. When installed - find game folder through explorer - right click on game file - run in jap locale.

Dunno.
The dev has called that other language "not Japanese". I'd say they, at least, are honest.
I dont understand just one thing: this game is created in unity with supporting english, so wtf it needs jap locale to work?

Cuz Unity, like your OS, has many versions in different languages.
