I have a few improvements if you want to add:
1. Make the image smaller, it's annoying to scroll down every time.
2. If the content is centered, I think it will look better.
3. Choose between buttons and that thing with the image in the lobby.
3. In the character panel it would be good to add the place where they are
4.Change the pop-up and add simple text , or add a notification sistem

Being able to buy more than one of things now is definitely a nice quality of life bonus at least. I think the kitchen dvd may be broken? I can trigger it once but then after I install it again it just never appears as an option to activate far as I can tell. I dunno.

Bug report.
2200 is the only time you can sleep. So when you pass that time you have to wait until 6am to start day.
Suggestions
If time >= 2200 && time < 0600
{you can sleep}

if your using brave/firefox switch browsers sometimes these two browser dont play nice

This means you have access to two interactivities while TV-time (subject to an active erotic channel) and nightly ones (triggers 22:00)

For the tv events you bought the erotic channel subscription right?, if so then yeah there's a scene with the roommate and one with the landlady at tv and at night there's one scene with the roommate and how far you can go in that scene is determined by your endurance and sex skill but other then that there's no other scenes rn.

you have to get the landlord and lady up to a certain lust to trigger the night roomate event that's why what will happen is when you go to sleep with them at a decent amount of lust usually over 50 then you'll hear them fucking and you'll watch for a scene then head back to your room and do stuff with the roommate.

Let me clarify that there are two night interactives, only one has been finalized so far, so if you maximize the lust values for the npcs, a second branch of the night interactive may open, but it has not yet been finalized

To open a completed one, +->50 for characters is enough

Completed one triggers at lower lust values (~50 everyone)

Coming soon triggers at higher values (close to max)
