You two clearly haven't played that many AVNs... Just from the top of my head, there are such games as Family Vacation, Healslut, SpaceCorps, Fetish Locator etc. You can find more by using the Search option in the Latest Updates tab.

None of your mentions have the Equally Great Quality of Offerings for different preferences.
"Options exist" doesn't mean they are all good or satisfying.
