when I start the game I can only press the start button and the gallery everything else does not work, what could be the problem ?
hi, for me it worked after i put my pc's settings on japanese language and time

Same. Settings and quit buttons is not working. Just click on it and nothing happens. In choose level menu - buttons of levels doing same. Clicks it and nothing then.
I tryed game like admin, made files ablre to write and so on. All other games on my PC play absolutely well. And from this site and modern "hi-end" games.
It's a typical JP game. You have to change the system locale to JP or use an emulator.
Stop spamming this shit .It doesn't matter what year it is. No one will deal with this (this game is not that good.) Also, it's not a 3D game, it's a bunch of moving images and already censored videos. You can't do anything about it.

It hurts just as much that they don't remove the censorship, there isn't much alternative in terms of games that include Megumin either.
It would be nice, if withing the ,,installation" spoiler tab in the opening post was mentioned, that the game needs to be set to Japanese Region.
Just ,,Extract and Run" leaves with a seemingly working game, but it comes with some weird side effects like for example a 3 second cool down on jumps for some reason.

I've tried to get this game working for ages, as I knew I got it working in the past.
I really wanted to avoid this method, as I've never had to do it with any other game in the past, as I could use Locale Emulator, but it seems it wont work with unity games, instead mainly for RPG makers.
Seems this is the only working method, does not require PC restart.
Step 1: Install Japanese Language Pack
Step 2: Deactivate Set time Automatically, change time zone to Tokyo
Step 3: Change region to japan, change language to Japanese
Notes:
- Seeing the intro = success.
- You can then change game language to English.
- The orgasm sounds are very loud, so change your PC volume instead of Voice volume (unrelated to game background volume).
- Game voice and animation is actually pretty good, which is why I went through this, gallery seems to be pre-unlocked (don't use any additional "Assembly-CSharp.dll")
- I wish someone would pin this post to first page...
