I have your windows 11 and can't even restore the file. Heist something is wrong with probably not on the PC .
Windows 11 is not as bad as windows 10. Could go around many things. But if something is contained that looks strongly like a virus, it does not stop and deletes it completely.
Either it's really wrong detection or you haven't updated your PC and virus in the system that infects everything. I know that problem from before.

I have to report that there are still bugs, the bathroom scene at the inari temple inn does not play.

This is after you applied the fix right? I updated the data zip file recently so try applying it again first.

You can find it on the corpse of a merchant on the way to the Inari Temple (south east)

Yes, I was using the patch, I also tried patching again, but both the skill use mouth and the inn scene are still broken.

I don't know, the strange thing is that there are 2 inns in that place, in the common one you pay 10 gold to sleep and in the other one you talk to the orc and he tells you that you can have fun with Kikka in the toilet room, when You accept, a black screen appears for a moment and then it simply tells you that it looks like you had fun.
That is the reason why I think there should be a scene, why would there be 2 inns if not?

Not sure but I tested in the original copy of the game without the MTL just in case and it still just went to black screen. So it honestly just might be that way...
If you are able to find otherwise let me know, but I don't see anything in the common events file to trigger such a thing.
