Does anything new/exciting happen with internal thoughts, or interactions with sadistic floaty creature that tells her to go an hero?

Sadly no, all that's left is just Researcher-kun mocking her. Also sadly not much variety of inner thoughts; the lowest she reaches (other than complete check-out) is "I can't take anymore, I just want to be free" and I wonder if something was lost in translation; I get a "I wish I could die" vibe from the delivery.

Repeat visits from her familiar chewing her out for not dying yet would've been amazing.

If you want stuff for free right away, you need to have confidence in your anti-virus program.

If you don't have confidence in it, you should probably consider paying for stuff or having patience.

Bob's a busy guy, he'll update the OP with his better download sites when he gets to it.

New Quick Start Guide / gallery save for v 1.1.0

Save 1 - 1,000,000 Cash and Ether, everything in the store purchased, all research researched.

Save 4 - Fallen 200/200, press "brainwashing" button to go to the final cutscene, after which the gallery (extra) will appear in the main menu.

Download (RMB - Save as) and place (or replace) the file in the game's root directory (where the file Magical_Girl_Mystic_Lune.exe is located)

I feel this game is just a massive disappointment, wasted opportunity for a good engine:

* Like all the trainings should be taking place on the same screen (no cutscenes)
* Once they start, it should just run and drop stats continuously until her vitality in the session drops to zero
* She should be far more vocal
* They could have done abdominal distension / preg easily
* Crest could have been biological consequence of enough parasitism
* Easy platform for meaningful physical transformations: thighs, butt, etc.

this is a solo dev with a hired artist for the cutscenes, if feel like this just about the maximum of his power. sad but true.
