As long as there's some sort of emotional strain on the cheating it absolutely is NTR, don't mind that person. You should change the OP to explain that it's you stealing someone else's girl though, that'll help people looking into the game.

Also, how much content is in so far and what are planned fetishes? This game looks ideal for some orientation play and demotion fetish.

Edit: Someone angry reacting to this brought me back from the future so I decided to correct myself: although it is NTR, the tag here is used when the MC or PC is the one getting NTRd. When the MC is stealing from another it is indeed better to use the Cheating tag.

Male Player Character cheating on their love interest is just "cheating" on this site (Since men cheating on women is emotionally fine for self-inserts)
Female Player Character cheating on their love interest is Netorare, or NTR for the tags (Because self-inserts put themselves as the one getting cucked)
Character stealing other girls is Netori (also called NTR on this site)
Player Character sharing his girl is Netorase (on here, gets put under both NTR and Swinging.

I would say to change the OP to the cheating tag instead of the ntr tag (the ntr tag on this website is pretty much only for netorare). That will give you fewer ntr hating baby men raging at you, and it won't disappoint the ntr lovers only looking for netorare content. Just make sure you mention that the game has netori in the OP.
