Yes, hold click so you insert it, then move the mouse back and forth and they will start consuming the object.

how do i remove underware

Purchase the "move bra", "move panties" option for the girl in question, and those options will automatically change to "remove bra" and "remove panties". (Status screen, loyalty menu.)
