Second does not contain Part 1, nor does it require a save from Part 1 to carry over.
You can play Part 1 first then the Second (which is up to version 0.4) if you want the story and character relationships to make more sense, but it's not required and you can jump straight into Second.

The tag is there because the ex-wife is a character that will probably be romance-able at some point, but she is only a side-character who is really mad at you so far so not really an LI (yet).I'm not interested in little girls.

I mean you pretty much hit the nail on the head, he replaces him, and he takes over his family and moves in with them...not sure how it's much different though.

It's been a while since I followed the story (basically I wait for more content), but second I remember in the first part the drifter becomes a temporary father and then at the end he becomes a permanent father because the original one died, and also it turns out they were separated twin brothers.

Maybe not, but the youngest daughter seems to be a full-fledged Loli, she is the one who sticks closest to her father, and she doesn't have the Haren label either, but the father wants to have all the women in the family.

The real father died... So that's why I don't remember the rest of the story. I guess it doesn't have the same feel as the beginning.

As for the tag, I mean she's been there since the game started and they thought that tag didn't apply, so.

I don't know exactly what you're referring to, I suppose in part 1 the MC is simply doing his best to pretend and get along with his family and not die in the attempt, now in part 2 he has to live his brother's life, he wants to reunite the family and fall in love with his "daughters" and "wife".
I think he already played it, he just doesn't remember what the story was like.
Ahh yeah, when I played episode 1, I thought we were going to make the girls suffer a little bit, but in episode 2, I guess I didn't like the way he got close to the girls. I don't know, I've seen a few romantic drama movies like this, but I don't think I want to play his game. The second episode broke the perception that was formed in the first episode for me. I wanted to play the game with a darker atmosphere. I think episode 2 closed that forever.
