I receive a lot of demand for that with each updates.
Right now, I make a survey for my supporters to know if they want a new infinite play route (with a new job) or the week 3 at Pharmafem for the next update.
I want to play all the routes and achieve everything. It is totally realistic, that I can't romance all girls in one playthrough, yet alone in that few days. But I don't want to play the game an extra time just to max out another fetish, there is to much grind, that I will play 20 times. ;-)
I would suggest a sandbox mode with some key decision e.g. you rescued the girl or smooched the police.

It should be considered an end game job
There also is an extreme need for a pass time button. Not just 'pass 15 mins' but a proper pass 4 hours or change time of day button. Can't believe how many times I have had to spam through menus just to make the time pass faster. This game has become a massive chore to play.

The game definitely doesn't need this. I mean if you want to pass 4 hours you may click like 16 times one button (it's not that energy consuming). But you don't want it ever! In this type of games you want to do as much as possible in a day to be able boost relationships and your stats, and explore and find kinky events the sooner the better. The button "skip 2, 4 or more hour" just will give the player the wrong idea about the game, that time has no meaning here (which is wrong).
What the game really needs is 1) a button "skip 5 minutes" to be more careful with time management; 2) a button "wait for your date/opening PharmaFem/mall etc." (if not first, that would be useful!); 3) reconsider the time consuming on different actions in the game. The last one is very important, because some actions consume too much time (like peeping (1h), some Joyce's requests (1h), washing the dishes (30m)), and some too little time (like edging at porn (5m)).
I'm confused by what you mean exactly. You can only talk with the characters in PharmaFem once per day to increase your relationships with them. I've only encountered Sophie at the mall once and never any of the other characters while wandering around. Jane Doe takes like 3 hours to deal with each day for making sandwich and playing hangman twice. After that it is just interactions with your Moms and if you're like me and want to skip the incest content, there isn't much reason to interact with them. So it isn't like your day is filled with events you can trigger.

I like this game.
Is it possible to get all the trophies? One of the trophies is getting all Tribal tattoos. I bought all (Trbal shape face, Tribal line arm, Tribal hole chest, Tribal shape ass, Tribal shape leg), but I didn't get that trophy. Is this a bug?
The hints for other characters (besides Joyce | Karen) are not fully visible (first, second and third screenshots).
I want to add two suggestions: one is a map and the second is the wait time. The first one is that it will be good to have a map so the player can go quicker instead of going to every location before reaching the desired location. The second one is to have a wait time where the player can enter how much he wants to wait (instead of 10/15 minutes, add more time, like 1 hour, 2 hours, or 6 hours).

You are right, I don't know when, but it seems that I have remove the script that give the tribal tatoo trophy. May be I had a bug with it and forgot to replace it.
For the content windows issue, It's a Twine engine or web navigator bug. The pop-up windows scroll bar doesn't appear as the content inside expanding. To solve that you just have to resize the web browser. I have to look to find a better solution if it's possible.

A very beautiful game indeed. I utterly adore it and I'm glad to see that developer takes the developing seriously enough. I currently have 23/30 trophies but for some reason I cannot seem to get "Thighs of Steel" and "Number 55". Cany one tell me what I'm doing wrong? Serious answer only, please.
