This game desperately needs a guide. Like, I have tried so hard to make the MC breasts a lot bigger, but even overeating and working my ass off (literally), I am nowhere near the breast levels I wanted.

Don't forget that less than a month has passed since the start of the game.
Even with advanced drugs, it should take some time before the MC can get full breasts.

Yes, its a bit early for such developments to be that noticeable.
...unless you end up the dungeon basement/cell at Pharmafem, that is...but that route is not very developed yet.

The plot line that I find difficult to navigate, and that a guide could be useful for, is the whole snooping around at Pharafem to find info for the fugitive, easy to make a wrong move.
