Figured it out. It's actually pretty easy.

In the JoiPlay's help server, they were kinda vague. I imagine that most people who tried it and coudn't play were listing the game via the `.exe` file, since they only say that you need to "try listing the game one more time".

In practice, you list once using the `.exe` file, in order to extract some archive. After that, you must list using the `index.html` file. Then, you can play;

It won't be able to, if it is still running in the background, you would have to close that first.

It does, just make sure to use the "Index.exe" file instead of the "fall.out.exe" or "launcher.exe"

That's what worked for at least using the win 32 version
