It won't be able to, if it is still running in the background, you would have to close that first.

Also check and see if there are any subprocesses still running in background processes of the task manager.

Being RPGM, it should. At least in theory.

It does, just make sure to use the "Index.exe" file instead of the "fall.out.exe" or "launcher.exe"

That's what worked for at least using the win 32 version

There is a code that allows you to cheat a save, If you want to access the memories in a journal just make a new save file and press the key f12 on your device, Once in the console type in $cheat.openMemories() and all scenes should be open in the journal.

Where in the console do I type this?
