The first part of the Khan Base ending is literally about that. In addition, you can lose in battle to random raiders while naked to get a similar event. Also, the new event added in the latest update also contains anal sex.

Actually, not that much. In random encounters, you can lose to the coyotes and the cazadores. The coyotes lair also has a unique bestiality ending. In Shady Sands, you can "milk" a red brahmin and help a girl find her dog, whose interaction also has the events you are looking for.

V13, V15, Shady Sands, Khans encampment.

Quest to save Tandi and resolve the Khan threat is not yet completed and next plan they have after is Junktown and implementing Ian as companion.

Definitely agree, I've still not played this game simply because I have no idea what the game actually looks like in terms of h-content and I don't want to waste time on a game that isn't my style of h-content
