Can anyone help?. I'm stuck trying to look for the water chip and can't find any of the other vaults.

The "walkthrough" is inside the game. Use the "Handbook" section of the pipboy menu to view the available events.

Other should note that this is not the journal you are talking about, but the handbook located further down the list. I was confused for a bit myself.

BTW, my Natasha won't have anything more to do with the dirty old man the day after the spanking even with a lust of 77. Are there any other requirements, or am I just out of luck?

Already tried this game two times, got bored before even leaving the vault each time.
Is this worth it ?
