Finished a full playthrough of the game, not 100% as I wasn't sure how to get a few achievements (a few might be bugged). There are a few bugs that can cause the game to lock up, but the game is generally playable. I would advise to wait a week or two as the dev seems to be working in fixing the bugs. I'll probably do a 2nd playthrough once most of the bugs are fixed.

I was chatting with user carrionfeeder in the 1room: Runaway Girl thread.
He gave everyone the following tip: "Change to Japanese locale and the scenes will work."
I can only confirm that since then, the actions in the H scenes and the scenes themselves have been working
I hope this helps someone.

Bob69 If you feel like updating the thread, 1.0.1 version fixes some of the bugs.
