That's "face-to-face" position. I remember I got it during the day. When I "interact" her and "lift up her skirt", then Lily will lead me to the back area (unless you could directly choose "Call to the back area" when calling out, you don't need to "interact"). There shall be 3 selections, select "Leave it to Lily", she will give a blowjob. Then, at a certain point, click on the u-turn arrow on the bottom right, select "I want to put it in soon". There, finish it and you have your "face-to-face" position.

For the first question. You can have sex with the side heroines or zoom in when you're at about chapter 7 and you can sexual harass or teasing or calling out them like how you can do with Lily. I'm not sure about the conditions for it, but, still, you should try increase their relationship level, buy all stuffs from the tailor.
For the second question. I'm not sure but I think "while inserting" means the penis is not in the vagina yet, when you click "insert" but haven't swiped up yet to actually insert. At this moment, there's supposed to be an arrow on the bottom right.

Alright, LocaleEmu doesn't work. Setting the entire system's locale and time to Japanese fixes the softlock issues. happy fakkus

Maybe someone should add in OP the need to change the Date/Time format to Japanese in order to play the game without issue ? Since the search doesn't seem to work on this site (I don't have any other explanation as to why people still talk about bugs and softlocks in this game, since it has already been answered many, many times. Yes, this is sarcasm.)
i know it, but i dont like the idea that i need "fix" my OS for game to works properly when its game fault. Its dev responsibility to patch it imho. But I don't demand that, God forbid, because that would be complete impudence because I pirated the game here.
