In daytime suggest to her to go to the back area, there try the intercrural, speed it up and it will eventually get inside her.
Idk what positions you are missing.
At night, IIRC you have to get near her and try more daring stuff, like kissing or flip her skirt. SHe will tell you that its not good and wait til sleep time, you have the option of "I can't take it anymore" then prompt it with options of where to do it, I think there are 2 options, don't remember if it has to be both to complete the achiev. or just one.

You're missing the side position. Its when you drink with her at night using the northern alcohol, you will carry her to her room and there, I don't remember exactly the options you get, but the thing is that you have to left her to fall asleep then you will be prompted with the option of mess with her while shes sleeping, you will enter the interactive sex scene while shes sleeping and on her side.

First you need to buy contraceptive (the heart shape one) then harassing Lily during daytime until the heart stop +1 (touching butts or boobs).
After the work done at night, she will be approaching us and invite us to basement. then she will squeeze us dry

Be in Chapter 7 with the Basement upgrade unlocked.
You leave the tavern
You click the button that says "Market"
You click the button that says "Specialty Shop Street"
You click the button that says "Go to the outskirts of the market"
You enter the only available option "Suspicious Shop"
Then you purchase the item "Contraceptive Potion" for 200 gold each
Also purchase the item "Mandragora Drops" for 3000 gold each, If you do not have enough lewdness and sexual desire.
You then back out and head back to the Tavern.
Have Liliy in a Pink Mood with a high lewdness and sexual desire (Drink tea with a Mandragora Drop if needed)
From a fresh new day, start clicking on Lily's breasts or butt until you are no longer able to get a +1 on your Life
Once that is achieved and after you do your daily Tavern business, in the Evening the event will trigger for the [At Night, Tavern] event.
I was vague in my previous posts because I assumed people knew how to play the game and how to buy items at the point they got to chapter 7. but I should not have made any assumptions.
