1room was definitely ahead of its time.. Actually the current ones we have right now is not half-bad. That Lilyne one was pretty good but had an anal focus.

No. Even if you creampie Lily without either using Neri Powder or having a Contraception Potion in your inventory, nothing really happens except increasing Lily's dissatisfaction the next morning (which I'm not sure even really does anything. Is there actually some kind of fail condition attached to maxing Lily's Dissatisfaction or Tension out?). This is even more moot with the other girls since they don't have Dissatisfaction. The epilogue doesn't change either.
