Microsoft's antivirus also triggered this for me as Trojan when I unpacked the zip file. False positive?

Same here, and I'm not smart enough to do anything about it besides deleting the game and moving on. If it is a false positive, then oh well, but I'm not risking my computer over a pirated porn game.

Its not problem you have to pay for it, but they go for mobile grinding everyday activities with paid boxes for many currencies the game is complicated, and i do not even know how to get its curency by myself.

I'm probably wrong, but if you start the game with ‘FallenDoll-Win64-Shipping.exe’ under the ‘WindowsNoEditor\FallenDoll\Binaries\Win64’ folder you bypass this drm.
