I don't think the Fem MC has a boyfriend that NTRs her.
They assume that the Man (or MC can be a women too) gets cucked is because that the way the tag on here works.
Dev have literally 0 to do with the thread here, and even if the Dev (or the publisher) was here, they have to submit to our rules not only that but they also have to accept what we do to thread (for example posting paid versions).
Not really I don't think most of the stuff thats in the files is not playable. (But I didn't play it fully just what I read on it)

It's the title that's wrong. You only play from Mei's perspective so there is no NTR.

i think the argument has some relevance when the title of the game is "This is an Netorare Game ~ [Demo] [MLPP Studios]" even if there is no ntr at all, the confusion is understandable

Never trust any kind of titles though. Devs or even Publishers or Translators can name that shit what ever they want We should stop talking about off-topic stuff though or the cleaning crew comes in an swipes through
